If you would like to attend any of our sessions, you must book a space before attending. This allows us to maintain a safe number of participants at our sessions.
You must purchase a club membership to book a club or strength and conditioning training session.
DMUactive sessions are completely free and anyone can book a space!
You can easily cancel your booking if you change your mind.
