DMUactive offers a wide range of opportunities for DMU students to stay physically active, look after their mental health, to make friends and develop skills for life. We want to help you to live an active lifestyle at DMU in a way that suits you, which doesn't just mean going to the gym or leisure centre. Whether you want to engage through our weekly sesison timetable, in various events across campus or in your own time and space (in return for prize giveaways!) then we have an offer to help you achieve your goals.

Booking a session

To attend a DMUactive session, you must book on in advance using either the DMU Leisure app or DMU Leisure online booking system. This allows us to manage the number of people attending a session to ensure everyone present has a great experience and can remain safe throughout the session.

Before attending your first session, you'll need to activate your account. For step by step instructions on how to do this and how to book on to sessions, please click here.
