How to define our values

As we progress our new strategy through the Shape Our Future process, we also want DMU staff and students to think about whether there may be a difference between some of the values we display now and those we aspire towards.

Building DMU as a values-based organisation means that our values will act as a compass in everything we decide and do, from a strategic level to our everyday activities. We will embed and weave them into our teaching provision, research studies, enterprise and partnerships and we will demonstrate them in our everyday interactions with each other and with our students and partnering communities.

Please note, to access the online forms you must be logged into your DMU account on the DMU network.
