Turning Point

Helpline: A free 24/7 mental health crisis helpline for over 18's in the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland area. The helpline offers emotional support, discussion around options and information on services within the area.
The helpline number is 0808 800 3302 or, alternatively, you can email leicestershire.helpline@turning-point.co.uk. Please note that calls are not answered by medical staff, and they will not have access to your patient notes.

Outreach: Turning Point run a range of crisis cafés, face-to-face appointments, and peer support sessions, which are available across Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland. More information on these outreach branches is available through the crisis helpline.
