The Adam Redfern Memorial Fund has launched the first of their grants for DMU students.
The fund, in memory of much-loved DMU alumnus and colleague Adam Redfern, who died suddenly of a cardiac arrest while out jogging in March 2021, aims to provide DMU students with scholarships, grants and bursaries as well as CPR training and defibrillators.
The new Student Groups Grant Scheme is open to student groups who wish to apply for project and/or initiative funding.
Groups can receive a maximum of £500 per application.
To be eligible for the grant, your group must fall into one of the following categories:
- Demon Media
- DSU Society
- DMU Sports Club
Applications close Monday 14 February, with successful applicants to receive funding by Monday 14 March.
