Please join the DMU staff networks for a virtual mindfulness meditation session taking place on Tuesday 17 January, midday to 12.30pm, via MS Teams.
Join Diana Beldeanu for a midday meditation to connect to your breath, find your energy and tap into gratitude. This 30-minute mindfulness session will help you recharge and find some relaxation in your day.
This session is open to all, including students as well as staff. No prior experience of meditation is required and you can join in from home or work.
