When I was 18, I used to be out of shape and overweight. I found it hard to do my day to day activities, I always felt tired and short of breath. I was unable to join my friends in most activities, leaving me feeling left out and jealous that I couldn’t enjoy the same life as my friends.

I decided to make a change and improve my health and fitness.

By seeking help from the staff at the gym I was able to better myself in terms of my health, lose weight, as well as feeling much more positive about my image and also my mental health and wellbeing. Since then I have never looked back and I am now looking to help people who are going through the same and similar struggles I had to better their lives by getting fitter, stronger and healthier in every way.

I have a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, Kettlebells and TRX training

Also have experience in boxing, kickboxing and MMA training.
