Hello, my name is Joshua.

I won’t waste your time with any kind of preamble about how long I’ve been training for, it’s boring and you’ve read it all before. What I will do, however, is develop a personalised plan for you, work with you on the correct form and technique, and help you set realistic goals.

Most people who have trained for years will tell you how much time they’ve wasted on chasing trends, not eating right, overtraining, or not following a plan. Yeah, it can look a little goofy carrying around a pencil and some paper to write down every single rep but that’s where the progress lies.

My goal is to work with you to cut out on that misspent time! To help you gain confidence both in and outside of the gym, and set you on the right path.

Finally, food is one of the most important aspects of training and body recomposition. For a detailed and comprehensive nutrition plan, you’ll need to get in contact with a professional nutritionist however, for the basics, I’m here to offer dietary advice.
