I am a dedicated fitness professional who has been a long-distance runner, currently invested in empowering others with the necessary tools to improve their own health through fitness, because I believe that exercise is accessible to everyone.

I take a holistic approach to training that nurtures the whole self because I believe in the long game. Taking in consideration the body and the mind together, with elements of strength, conditioning, mobility/flexibility and prehab, as well as sleep and recovery, your training sessions with me are harmonious.

My aim is to make you feel more energised, stronger and more confident after your training session.

It can be one hour, one week, a month or more…it does not count how long you commit for at the beginning, all you need is to get started, choose your fit and we can take it further together wherever you are in your fitness journey!
