Train the Trainer - Health Skills


This course is designed to provide individuals with the skills and confidence to deliver cascade training to members of their teams. The course can be tailored to meet company's needs and can include 1 or 2 skills.

Structure and content

This course is tailored to suit each individual company and will vary in length dependent on the skill or skills being taught.

Course objectives

By the end of the course delegates will be competent in delivering cascade training to other members of the team in a specific skill.

Recommended prior knowledge

It is advisable that the individuals attending the course are proficient in the skill that they wish to cascade.
