A chance to get outside and explore the areas around campus in a gentle and Mindful way. Why not come and join us as we stroll by the river and through the public garden spaces close by. This activity often proves popular as it’s a chance to meet new people in a relaxed way, so do book ahead and bring friends if you like. In the event of poor weather we will hold an indoor Mindful colouring session. Meet outside the DSU Campus Centre just before 1pm.
