Castle Court

Please be aware that extensive works will be carried out to the exterior of Castle Court during the 2022/23 academic year. Works are anticipated to take place Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm during which some noise disruption is expected.

On the edge of campus, close to the city centre, Castle Court (formerly Liberty Court) has a range of three, four and five bedroom flats.

Basic rooms have a single bed, while classic and premium rooms have a three-quarter bed (prices are based on the size of the bedroom and not the bed). All are en suite and have under-bed storage and a mattress cover.

Up to 70Mb WiFi is included in the cost of rent, and TV connection points are available in bedrooms and kitchens.

The hall features CCTV, a secure door entry system and a 24-hour security presence, covered bicycle storage and laundry facilities (£3.10 per wash, £1.70 per dry).

Limited car parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at a cost of £645 for 2022/23.

    Premium en suite: £139 per week, inclusive of bills. Total: £5,977.00

    N.B. A guarantor is required, who can be either UK or international but must be aged over 25.

    City en suite: £129.03 per week, inclusive of bills. Total: £5,548.29

    Classic en suite: £133.62 per week, inclusive of bills. Total: £5,745.66

    Premium en suite: £138.21 per week, inclusive of bills. Total: £5,943.03

  5. Additional (and important) rent considerations

    Please be sure to check payment dates and amounts prior to making your booking. Not all payment options fall in line with your student loan. The first instalment is not due until shortly after you arrive. Your student loan is not usually deposited until after you have enrolled on your course..

    Payments can be made by debit card or credit card or by direct debit, bank transfers can be used for customers with no other ways of making payment.

    The rent instalments should be made directly to Unite Group.
