Liberty Park

Within easy walking distance of campus and close to a variety of local amenities and leisure facilities, Liberty Park is privately managed by Liberty Living.

Flats have either two, three, four or five bedrooms, with each featuring a four-foot double bed and en suite facilities.

Within each flat there is a kitchen with a cooker, fridge, freezer and a microwave. The lounge and dining area has a breakfast bar and stools, easy chairs and sofas with a coffee table, plus a notice board and television point.

There is also a vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, ironing board and a kitchen bin in each flat. 

Internet broadband (100Mb wired and 50Mb WiFi) is included in the cost of rent. TV connection points are available in all bedrooms and in the kitchen/lounge area (co-axial cable is required).

The hall features CCTV, a secure electronic entry system and 24-hour security presence, covered bicycle storage and card-operated laundry facilities (£2.80 per wash, £1.30 per dry).

There is also an onsite gym, exclusive to residents, included in the cost of rent. A communal common room with a variety of games, including pool, table tennis and air hockey, is also available to students.

Contract lengths

International students, 43 week contracts, from Saturday 14 September 2019 to Saturday 11 July 2020.

42 week contracts, from Saturday 21 September 2019 to Saturday 11 July 2020.

Rent and costs

Premium en suite, £134 per week, inclusive of all bills £5,762 (43 weeks) £5,628 (42 weeks).

A UK guarantor is required. Without one, you will be required to pay your rent in full at the time of booking.

Rent instalments 2019/20

Either rent can be paid in four instalments or in one full upfront payment.

Premium en suite, four instalments:

7 September 2019 - £415.40 (43 week contracts) £281.40 (42 week contracts )

5 October 2019- £1,632.12 (43 & 42 week contracts)

8 January 2020 - £1,857.24 (43 & 42 week contracts)

8 April 2020- £1,857.24 (43 & 42 week contracts)

N.B. The first rent instalment is due before the students move in, which is 5% of the rental amount and a further 29% is due on 5 October 2019.

Payments should be made directly to Liberty Living and can be made by debit card or credit card. Bank transfers are also accepted.
