Located in the centre of campus, Newarke Point is privately managed by Unite Students.
Each flat consists of five bedrooms, all of which have en suite facilities. Premium rooms (more spacious room and larger bed) and studio rooms (including private a kitchen and bathroom) are also available in this hall.
Within each flat there is a shared kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools as well as a carpeted area with a sofa and curtains. Classic and premium studios also have lounge chairs and a coffee table and their own kitchen facilities with a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Each flat is also supplied with a vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, iron and an ironing board and a bin.

A 50MB broadband connection, provided by Studentcom, is included in rent costs, while TV connection points are available in bedrooms and kitchens (a co-axial cable is required).
The hall features CCTV, a secure door entry system and 24 hour roaming security. Bicycle storage and a coinless laundry facilities (£3 per wash, £1.50 per dry).
Newarke Point also features a common room, including a study space, a pool table, vending machine and Sky TV (including Sky Sports).
Limited car parking is available on a first come, first served basis. A 43-week parking space costs £645.

Additional rent considerations
The first instalment is due prior to arrival; you will not be able to use your student loan to make this payment, as you receive your student loan after you have enrolled on your course.
Payments can be made by debit card or credit card (there is a two per cent surcharge on credit card transactions) or by direct debit. Bank transfers can be used for customers with no other ways of making payment. The rent instalments should be made directly to Unite Group.
