Liberty Park

Located within easy walking distance of campus, and close to a variety of local amenities and leisure facilities, Liberty Park is privately managed by Liberty Living.

Flats within Liberty Park consist of four or five bedrooms, with each bedroom featuring a four foot double bed and en suite facilities.

Within each flat there is a kitchen with a cooker, fridge, freezer and a microwave. The lounge and dining area has a breakfast bar and stools and easy chairs/sofas and a coffee table, along with a notice board and television point.

There is also a vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, ironing board and a Kitchen Bin in each flat. 

Broadband (100Mb wired and 40Mb WiFi) is provided by Ask4 is included in the cost of rent. TV connection points are available in all bedrooms and in the kitchen/lounge area (co-axial cable is required).

The hall features CCTV, a secure electronic entry system and a 24 hour security presence. Covered bicycle storage and card operated laundry facilities are also available (£2.80 per wash, £1.30 per dry).

There is also an onsite gym, exclusive to residents, and included in the cost of rent. A communal common room with Sky TV and a variety of games, including pool, table tennis and air hockey is also available to students.

Contract lengths

36 week contracts, running from Saturday 23 September 2017 to Friday 1 June 2018

40 week contracts, running from Saturday 23 September 2017 to Friday 29 June 2018

42 week contracts, running from Saturday 23 September 2017 to Saturday 14 July 2018

Rent and costs

Premium en suite, £125 per week, inclusive of all bills. Total: £4,500 (36 weeks), £5,000 (40 weeks) and £5,250 (42 weeks)

A UK guarantor is required. Without a guarantor you will be required to pay your rent in full at the time of booking.

Rent instalments 2017/18

Rent can either be paid in three instalments or in one full upfront payment (this option includes a two per cent annual advance discount).

Premium en suite, three instalments:

23 September 2017, £1,530 (36 weeks), £1,700 (40 weeks) and £1,785 (42 weeks)

9 January 2018, £1,485 (36 weeks), £1,650 (40 weeks) and £1,732.50 (42 weeks)

3 April 2018, £1,485 (36 weeks), £1,650 (40 weeks) and £1,732.50 (42 weeks)

N.B. The first instalment is due the day of arrival. Flexibility of instalment dates may be available subject to proof of student loan timetable. Please contact Liberty Park directly to discuss payment arrangements.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, debit card or credit card (there is a two per cent surcharge on credit card transactions). Bank draft and bank transfers can also be accepted. The rent instalments should be made directly to Liberty Living.
