Business benefits of short courses

Train your team in skills that will help your company thrive

Across the East Midlands, employers are reporting problems finding enough people with the right skill sets to achieve their growth plans.

DMU’s new digital short courses will help teach the skills that employers need to keep pace with today’s data-driven professional environment:

Over 12 weeks, learners will gain new skills that can be put into use right away.

On completing a programme your staff will be able to present data-based solutions to business problems, identify and minimise online risks in your business and help you close any skills gaps you have in your workforce.

We have worked with some the region’s biggest employers and training providers to put together these courses, which will be taught at Level 4.

Benefits to your business

Benefits of completing one of the new programmes include:

  • Boosting employee satisfaction and retention
  • Plugging skills gaps
  • Opening up new markets
  • Aligning with industry best practice for your sector
  • Limiting your reliance on external companies by having in-house skills
  • Keeping pace with evolving trends
