Minor Illness Management
This module is concerned with the causes, management, treatment and clinical differentiation of minor illness of the nervous system, endocrine system, skin, ear nose and throat, alimentary tract and respiratory systems.
Entry Criteria
- Effective registration with the NMC / HPC or other relevant professional body. ESSENTIAL
- Undertaken successful level 4/5 academic study. ESSENTIAL
- Currently be employed in practice and have the support of their manager in undertaking the module. ESSENTIAL
- Undertaken PCPH 5005: Consultation and Physical Examination Skills OR produce evidence of proficiency in consultation and physical examination skills through the endorsement of the Clinical Manager or Clinician/ Practitioner in the same of related discipline.
