Applegate Place is a private hall of residence that is managed by Hello Student. The university campus is a five minute walk away and the city centre is just a two minute walk away providing access to local shops and restaurants.
Flats range between studio rooms with your own private kitchen or shared flats with shared kitchen facilities including dishwashers, two cookers, fridge freezers and microwaves. Sofas and seating is provided in all the shared kitchens. All rooms have their own en-suite facilities. All shared kitchens have large flat screen TV’s.
All kitchens will be cleaned weekly by our team of cleaners. This is inclusive in your rent.

Internet broadband is wireless and up to 16mbs. There is also LAN connection available within the rooms.
Applegate Place is covered by CCTV, a secure electronic entry system and staff available on site 24 hours a day, indoor bicycle storage and a coin operated laundry.
A gym is available which is exclusive to Applegate Place residents and included in the cost of the rent.
Compact and single bedrooms have single beds. Superior Plus bedrooms have 3/4 size beds and all studios have double beds. All beds have under-bed storage.

If payment is being made by instalments then a UK guarantor is required. If payment has been made in full then no guarantor is required.
