The Food Village has been the hub of campus life for decades. It’s provided generations of students and staff with hot food, coffee, and a space to meet up with friends. With the redevelopment of the space taking place over the summer, we need your help to come up with a new name for it.
As the centre of campus and a place where colleagues and students will spend much of their time, we’re looking for a name that resonates and reflects how important the space is.
A space for the future
The renovation of the Food Village is all about bringing new options to campus that match the needs of our present and future students and colleagues. The introduction of a comfortable seating area gives a distinct area for our growing number of commuter students to spend time between lectures. A new coffee shop will also be opening, providing a perfect space to grab a hot drink on the way to the office!
