Join a two-minute silence to mark Remembrance Day on Friday 11 November

The university will observe a two-minute silence at 11am on Friday 11 November to remember the deaths and sacrifices of those who served in the two world wars and in other conflicts since.

Students and staff are invited to gather in Hawthorn Square at 10.50am.

You may choose to mark the two minutes elsewhere, and in your own way.

The Trinity Chapel bell will ring 11 times just before the silence, and again at the close of the event.
