The Riverside Café will open its doors again from Monday 18 October 2021, with new opening times of 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.
And the café is back with a twist: the Riverside will now be serving 'Change Please' coffee.
What is 'Change Please' coffee?
Change Please is where social enterprise and coffee expertise blend. Where every award-winning cup that is brewed — and every cup you buy — helps change someone's life for the better. Where 100% of the profits go into giving people experiencing homelessness a living wage job, housing, training, onwards opportunities and a fresh shot at a life. This is all made possible by the support of purchasing a coffee from 'Change Please'.
Change is brewing. So, it's time to wake up and buy the coffee!
The Riverside Café will be serving the following:
8am-10am
Freshly baked pastries
10am – 3.30pm
Made in-house salad boxes
Piglets Pantry pies and rolls
Sandwiches
Cakes and sweet treats
8am – 4pm
'Change Please' hot drinks (coffees, tea, hot chocolate)
Cold bottled drinks
A variety of food can be also ordered via the new 'UniFoodHub' app, available on the Apple or Android app stores, for delivery to the Riverside Café.
