Postgraduate research students – have your say

Postgraduate research students – DMU invites you to take a few minutes to give us your views by completing our online questionnaire.

The Postgraduate Research Experience Survey (PRES) asks about your experience of your postgraduate research programme.

We value your honest feedback and this is your chance to share your thoughts to help us improve future support. We realise these are challenging times, but it’s important we continue to seek views about your programme over the last year.

The survey is run by DMU with the Higher Education Academy, and results are also used to guide national postgraduate policy.

How to take the survey

The survey is available from Wednesday 22 April to Monday 18 May 2020 and takes around 15 minutes to complete.

To login, your username is your P number. Do not put in the ‘P’, only the numeric digits. If your numeric digits start with 0, 1 or 9, you will have eight digits in your P number, but you need to put in only the first seven.

If the numeric digits in your P number start with 2, put in all seven digits.

Your password is your date of birth in this format DD/MM/YYYY, e.g. 01/12/197.

All eligible students should have received an email invitation with a link to the PRES. You can also click here to complete the survey.

All data will be held anonymously.

We really appreciate your time and help with this. DMU will share the final PRES report with you and include any actions we are taking as a result of what students detailed in their responses.

For more information about PRES, please email the Doctoral College at pres@dmu.ac.uk.
