DMU Replay hits 2 million views!

DMU Replay, which gives our students anytime access to recorded audiovisual content, reached a major milestone last week when the number of views climbed to more than 2 million.

DMU Replay 2 mil views

Launched in 2016, DMU Replay has proved to be a big success with our students who can use it to access content from academic-led sessions for revision, as well as support for those with different learning needs. This can range from international students for whom English is not a first language, to students with specific learning differences such as dyslexia.

With DMU Replay, students can revise taught material in the way which suits them best, whether it’s replaying a recording of a class or adapting written material shared in class using specialist software. They can do this anytime, anywhere as long as their device is connected to the internet.

DMU Replay is part of a wider initiative called Universal Design for Learning (UDL), which aims to provide all students with a wider variety of ways to engage with their learning and teaching experience and helps support lecturers in addressing the different learning styles of individual students wherever possible.
