You said, we did: Further improvements made to MyDMU


Following its release last year, we asked you for feedback on the MyDMU student portal. We were really interested to hear your comments and suggestions on how it could be further improved with new features. Thank you to all of you who took the time to let us know your thoughts.

Following the feedback we received, ITMS have worked closely with our supplier to introduce the following changes to MyDMU:

  • Improved alerts: You can now receive audible alerts of timetable changes through the mobile MyDMU app as well as text and email alerts.
  • Personalisation: You can make changes to the order of the tiles on your MyDMU dashboard, allowing you to move your most-used features to the top of the screen.

The changes will be implemented on Monday 1 October.

To access these new features, you need to make sure you have the latest version of the app installed on your mobile phone.

MyDMU will continue to give you access to all the latest university information and a range of key services such as Blackboard, the Library and your timetable.
