Our award winning catering team are passionate about providing the highest quality food and drink. All our menus are prepared onsite using fresh, seasonal ingredients to ensure delicious menus are a key part of your event.

From light refreshments, sharing boards, salad bars and afternoon tea, to banquets and fine dining, our chefs will work with you to provide a menu to suit the needs of your event. With a wealth of experience and knowledge, our chefs can create dishes that ensure all dietary requirements are catered for.


Our catering team are committed to supporting the university’s Sustainable Food Policy, ensuring local suppliers are used, all poultry is Freedom Food, all tea and coffee is Fairtrade and fish and seafood is sourced responsibly.

As well as our hospitality packages, the DMU campus boasts a wealth of outlets that cater for all needs from a full English breakfast in the Food Village, a quick coffee in Starbucks or a vegan meal in our Riverside Café.
