DMU Venues/Performances and productions
DMU Venues is a vibrant and exciting space for live events and performances. We have dedicated space for drama productions, dance studios, and The Venue@DMU, which hosts regular live music and band nights.
Our team has experience with performances, from the traditional to the experimental, from large-scale to small. We have hosted everything from Shakespeare plays to contemporary dance performances, from rock concerts to jazz nights.
We have state-of-the-art AV facilities supported by our in-house technical team and free Wi-Fi throughout.
Our drama spaces are equipped with state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems, making them ideal for large-scale productions. Our dance studios are spacious and well-lit, providing the perfect environment for dancers of all levels to practice and perform. And The Venue@DMU is a versatile space that can be adapted to accommodate a variety of events, from small intimate concerts to large-scale conferences.

The stage, the lights, the music were all absolutely sensational, and the attention to detail from the stage safety to the themed light show was the best I have ever seen in this industry, resulting in an incredible debut for a production.
