How empowered do you feel as a Black, Asian Ethnic Minority member off staff at DMU?
Last year the University launched its Empowering University Strategy; as the University continues to evolve and change, the Race Equality Network wants to hear about your lived experiences of empowerment, or perhaps lack thereof. This provides a safe space to share experiences and for the Network to learn from this and feed forward accordingly. We would like to know about what opportunities and challenges you have been presented with within the work place; how the new strategy is cultivating institutional change; and what the strengths and weaknesses are of this approach?
