Description

Resilience building requires adaptability, courage and knowledge of system thinking. Resilience is not just about understanding emotions or staying strong in crisis times. To be resilient, one requires the courage to think, adopt two new approaches end understand the many faces of crisis. We need to stay resilient to teach, to do research, to learn, to engage with the community end to develop knowledge partnership. Resilience is key to building back better, our society, economy and strengthening our local community. In this session, we will use creative arts, media and logical pathways to develop practical skills that will help us stay resilient.

Places can be booked up to one hour before the event. Registrants will receive a confirmation up to 24 hours before the event.
