Dr. Shadrack Asante is a lecturer in Business Management at De Montfort University. Before joining DMU, he held various GTA roles at Brunel University London, where he attained his Ph.D.

Delivering research that draws on the elementary turn to 'Practice' as a meta-theoretical lens, he has developed his expertise at the intersection of Strategic Management and International Business, including areas such as strategic foresight, innovation management and the competitive value capture through business excellence awards. His recent research publication appeared in the European Management Review.
