Personal profile

Pursuing a dual career track as an educator and a researcher, Susanna has a strong passion in unleashing human potential and creating related knowledge. With over 15 years of teaching experience in higher education and seven years of prior business field experience, she aspires to craft a career in conducting leadership and social entrepreneurship research and education within the context of sustainable and responsible management. She has been teaching leadership, social entrepreneurship, sustainability and responsible management modules. Her research interests include leadership and identity, social entrepreneurship, and social impact measurement. While pursuing her academic research, her research experience also extends to examining social impact measurement, CSR, stakeholder management and human resources issues in organizational contexts.

Research interests/expertise

Her research interests include social entrepreneurship, leadership and identity, and social impact measurement. While pursuing her academic research, her research experience also extends to examining social impact measurement, CSR, stakeholder management and human resources issues in organizational contexts. She has recently completed two social impact research projects for two non-profit organisations: Dialogue in the Dark Foundation and Teach Unlimited in Hong Kong.
