Module description
This module allows students to explore an area of law selected by them for detailed critical analysis. It allows students to work under the guidance of a tutor-supervisor who will be able to advise and guide the student through the relevant area. The module will not usually involve empirical research and the report is usually derived from text based, library driven research. Because the area for study is self-selected it will appeal to self-motivated enquiring minds.
