Starting in January

DMU has a limited amount of rooms available for students requiring accommodation from January.

To book accommodation for this shorter contract you must meet the eligibility criteria. If you are unsure if you meet the criteria contact the Accommodation Office for clarification.

Room allocation and contract lengths

Rooms are booked via the online booking system on a first-come, first-served basis If you require your log in instructions please contact the accommodation office e: accommodation@dmu.ac.uk

You will be able to request the start date you require (this will be confirmed by the hall during the booking process) Standard contract end dates will apply.

Confirming your booking

You will also be required to enter a contract which will involve:

· Making the £200 booking payment

· Signing a contract. You may also need to provide Guarantor details.

· Making an initial rent instalment of paying the full rental amount.
