Our psychology courses are accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS), which is an essential first step to becoming a psychologist, in whichever field you may wish to eventually specialise.

With single and joint honours options available, you will be able to study a diverse range of modules in cognitive, behavioural and social psychological principles, that will help develop your skills in scientific research, data analysis and communication, as well as equipping you with the ability to think critically on a range of conceptual issues within the social sciences.

On our psychology courses you will be taught by practitioners who will open doors for you, allowing you to benefit from their specialist knowledge and research in diverse areas such as health and disordered eating behaviours, music and emotion and psychological wellbeing.

Thanks to our award-winning employability and careers service you will receive life-long careers support, helping you secure your dream career in one of many routes our psychology degree can lead to. Our graduates have been supported to secure careers in varying fields, from counselling to advertising, to working in the NHS or the criminal justice system.
