Description

At what age can a child first be arrested, charged and sentenced by the criminal justice system?
This session explores the Minimum Age of Criminal Responsibility in England and Wales.

Is the current age too young, too old, or about right? How would we know?
This thought-provoking, interactive session leaves the audience thinking more about an important subject that does not get much coverage elsewhere.

Places can be booked up to one hour before the event. Registrants will receive a confirmation up to 24 hours before the event.

If you have any questions or would like further information, please contact the Events Office, eventsoffice@dmu.ac.uk.
