The event is an introduction to the Morning Tai Chi Program. Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise which was developed in China and combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements and positions.
The event gives attendees a platform to interact and acquaint with each other, thus encourage physical connectivity.
The event will also include presentation, demonstration, practice of various techniques.
