Personal profile

Dr Su Lu is a senior lecturer in Psychology. She obtained PhD in Psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She joined DMU in September 2019.

Her primary research interests are in judgement and decision making, with particular interest in cooperation, group dynamics and risk taking. Concerning health psychology, she is interested in understanding the effect of workplace incivility (e.g., abusive leadership, bullying) on employee psychological well-being and the roles of individual differences (e.g., dialectic thinking, autonomy, belief in a just world) and social media usage.
