Dr. Samson Oladejo is a full-time Lecturer in Business Management at the School of Leadership, Management, and Marketing, Leicester Castle Business School within the Faculty of Business and Law, De Montfort University. With over two decades of professional academic practice, Dr. Oladejo specializes in the fields of business management, leadership management, and entrepreneurship education.

His research and publications cover a wide range of areas including risk and crisis management, entrepreneurship education, digital business and emerging technology, organizational resilience, strategy, and innovation. Dr. Oladejo's research focuses on Africa, management, and entrepreneurship education from an interdisciplinary perspective. He actively welcomes PhD research proposals aligned with his expertise and has presented his work at national and international conferences.

Dr. Oladejo holds a PhD in Discourses of Risk, Educational Crisis, and Inclusive Education, an MSc (Distinction) in Educational Leadership and Management, and a BSc. Ed (Double Hons) in Mathematics Education. His teaching expertise lies in crisis management, business continuity, organizational management, and strategy. He emphasizes independent study habits, creativity, and innovation in his teaching, using digital technologies. Dr. Oladejo is recognized for his research impact, collaboration with organizations, and leadership experience in the teaching profession.
