Nursing and Midwifery Applicant Taster Day activities - 14 March

An Applicant Taster Day is an unmissable opportunity to get hands-on with your chosen course. Tailored for DMU applicants and the course you've applied for, we'll be holding demonstrations, exercises and activities that give you a flavour of what you'll experience when studying here at DMU. Some sessions are subject to availability and have limited spaces, so we recommend booking early.

    Discussion - what is mental capacity?
    Experience an academic lecture and take part in a topical discussion that examines what is mental capacity? This session is relevant for all fields of nursing practice.

    In this session we will explore what labour means to women and the different stages of labour.
