I wanted to return to the legal sector, and focus on medical law and practices. I needed a course that would work around my family and work commitments. Advice and support was always available and it really has opened so many new doors for me.

The course enables me to study, work and care for my family. The tutors are welcoming and offer support where required. The content learnt is useful and easily applicable in my role.

After a discussion with the programme leader and researching the course content, I felt that the course was a good fit with my job role. Support from the lecturers has been excellent. They have been responsive and helpful. The content learnt can be easily applied to my role.

Undertaking the clinical diploma has truly re-ignited my passion for pharmacy. I have increased my clinical knowledge which has in turn increased my confidence in advising patients and other members of the multi-disciplinary team. The course has allowed me to feel confident moving to the GP practice sector and I otherwise would not have taken that step. I now feel more motivated than ever to continue to increase my clinical knowledge to benefit patients.

I applied for the course to improve my skills, knowledge and CV, whilst in between jobs. The course was more varied than other options, and it was one of only two that allowed me to study a law LLM without a law undergraduate degree.

The modules give an excellent overall knowledge of AI and robotics, with many in depth hands-on labs and course work to apply this knowledge. Another great thing about the course is the enthusiastic staff, always available and very helpful for any questions and problems even when not directly related to the course.

Working in Paris, a distance learning course was really convenient alongside my full time job. After a discussion with a professor at DMU, I realised this course was exactly what I was searching for, allowing me to implement it into my daily work as a pharmaceutical scientist. I was able to organise the learning and coursework as I wanted, and had the opportunity to meet a lot of knowledgeable people from different countries. I think this is the most comprehensive programme in the world, and when you combine it with the yearly Symposium, it offers complete knowledge and network opportunities.

The MA strengthened my passion for research, and the support from the staff within the ICSHC gave me confidence in my ability to conduct this level of work. My MA dissertation work on the history of women playing American football demonstrated that there was an unknown history waiting to be discovered and I have continued this work through to my current doctoral studies.

I live nowhere near an institution that offers this course. I also needed the flexibility to study around full-time work. The subject matter has certainly helped me advance and I have attained a new job for which the knowledge was really useful.

I had been working as a sustainable energy consultant for over a year when I decided to study for an MSc at IESD. The course is structured so that it is possible to study part-time over 2 years and attending the University one day a week, which worked really well for me. There is also the option of distance learning.
