Leicester Jain Centre visit

Ever visited the Leicester Jain Centre? Come along and see what it's all about.
As this is a temple, please be aware of the following rules and practices:
- Shoes are removed before entering the main temple area. This space is carpeted, and visitors are welcome to wear overshoes if they prefer.
- Leather items (such as belts, bags, or shoes) are not permitted inside the temple and can be left downstairs.
- Food and drink are not allowed inside the temple and may also be left downstairs during your visit.
- In accordance with Jain principles, we kindly ask that no food or drink containing root vegetables (such as potatoes, onions, garlic, beetroot, or carrots) is brought into the building.
- A modest and respectful dress code is appreciated (for example, clothing that covers shoulders and knees).
- Women who are menstruating are respectfully asked not to enter the temple at that time.
