What does it mean to have a radical, anti-racist approach to teaching and learning? Following from the Stephen Lawrence Inquiry, the Macpherson Report highlighted the critical role that education has to play in addressing institutional racism.
We intend to provide a platform to bring together educators, academics, activists, students, parents and the wider community to discuss how teaching and learning practices can be mobilised to confront social inequities and injustice.
The Stephen Lawrence Research Centre and Freedom to Achieve team invite you to attend this one-day conference to join the conversation and exchange ideas about radical and unconventional teaching and learning practices. For more information about this conference please click here.
