Description

When we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there's a sense of belonging, relevance and empowerment. Join our DMU Women in STEM Society for an insightful panel discussion that explores the International Women’s Day theme of #InspireInclusion. The panel will discuss their journeys and experiences and share how they feel we can all work towards inspiring inclusion in education, careers and everyday life.

On the panel we have:

  • Anna Strzelecka (Chair), Senior Lecturer in Environmental Engineering
  • Antonella Ragusa - Senior Lecturer in Communications Engineering, De Montfort University
  • Ellie Morris - Alumni, Mechanical Engineering BEng (Hons)
  • Sphiwesihle Billy Siwele, Energy Engineering BEng (Hons) Student
  • Sanaa Soneji, Electrical and Electronic Engineering BEng (Hons) Student
  • Sylwia Jablonska, Mathematics BSc (Hons) Student

This event is open to all.
