This ‘Mindapples’ resilience workshop is facilitated by Julian Harrison, who has been running this workshop for a number of years, for university staff and students.
This is an opportunity to share what you do to improve your mental health and de-stress. When worried, stressed, anxious or feeling low, what do you do in your life to make you feel better? Workshop participants will address topics such as general activities for relaxation and why these activities help. There will also be deeper conversations about ways to look after mental health.
This event is free to attend and open to all DMU staff and students
