To celebrate Chinese New Year and to promote wellbeing, join our Tai Chi Workshop with the Martial Artist Mr. Yun Choi Yeung. This workshop will show you how to utilize your body weight in passive stances and rotation stretching techniques in Tai Chi to resist an incoming force. Learn to activate your body mechanics to lead the opponent into emptiness or overbalanced. This workshop includes exercise and a Q&A session.
