As the world seeks to recover from the Covid-19 pandemic, questions are being raised on how society follows the United Nation’s Calls to Build Back Better and ensure No One is Left Behind. In an effort to create a stronger, more resilient future the UN Sustainable Development Goals present a global framework towards how universities, businesses and communities to create a better future.
In the latest in a series of online events hosted by the United Nations Academic Impact SDG 16 Hub at De Montfort University, DMU’s SDG16 will welcome students from University of Buenos Aires, Faculty of Economic Sciences, Argentina, UNAI SDG Hub for SDG 12 (responsible consumption and production) to discuss how young people can be the change in their communities.
DMU students are invited to join fellow scholars from the University of Buenos Aires for an open debate on how we can Act Local, Think Global and create impacts towards the 17 SDGs in a time of great challenges.
