This is a timely moment in our history to examine the influence of race in the workplace. Welcome to The Stephen Lawrence Research Centre. We’ll discuss our work and how engaging with research can contribute in the creation of a successful, dynamic and prosperous organistion. The event is aimed at strategic managers/directors and programme/project leaders, students, professional services staff.
Consumer demand for businesses and brands to take action against systemic racism cannot be ignored.
This session will discuss the significance of research in helping companies respond to these demands in ways that can significantly affect societal perceptions of race.
Who doesn’t want to work for a ‘winning’ company? One that thrives because it considers the equity in being inclusive.
