Be the first to try out a new practical toolkit that will help businesses attract, recruit and retain Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds.
It's been developed out of joint consultations with businesses and students over the past year as part of Leicester's Future Leaders project, being run by DMU, the Office for Students, Freeths, Eileen Richards Recruitment and Brewin Dolphin.
Attendees will be able to take away four key tools for refreshing their recruitment practice, learning about the business benefits of attracting a diverse pool of applicants.
