The event will see between 7,000 and 8,000 Year 12 pupils visit campus to speak to universities from across the country in the Venue and QEII Leisure Centre.

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore campus and listen to talks about applying to university and student finance in Queens Building.

In addition, all visitors are welcome to take part in our Festival of Teaching activities, which will be taking place on Mill Lane. These include:

Course quizzes: Speak to our academic staff and current students about their subjects and take our short quizzes to find out how much you know about Biomedical Science, Psychology and Business Management. Based in the Food Village and Campus Centre.

Laser cutting and t-shirt printing: Collect a souvenir of the day while seeing some of the techniques our art, design and humanities students are taught on their courses. Based in Campus Centre.

Meet the DEMON Media team: See members of our student-run radio broadcasting from outside the Food Village, and hear performances from our poetry and drama students throughout the day.

Racing car showcase: Take a look at our petrol and electric race cars and speak to the engineering staff and students who maintain and race them. Taking place outside of Queen’s Building.

Art exhibitions: See the incredible work being produced by our architecture, footwear, contour and creative design students in our exhibition based in the Food Village

Green screen: Find out how our DEMON Media team use green screen technology to produce great content and have a go yourself in Queens Building.
