Artist and illustrator Soofiya’s portfolio boasts an LDN WMN commission with Tate Collective and the Mayor of London, as well as a client list including Vice, The V&A, The Photographers Gallery, gal-dem and BBC Radio 4 amongst others. They have been commissioned by Cultural eXchange’s guest curator Priya Mistry to create a new large scale work for projection and print. Here is Soofiya’s vision: ‘This bright and playful illustration aims to celebrate body hair as a part of femininity and gender non-conformity.
