I am a Senior Lecturer and Advanced Care Practitioner Paramedic with expertise in professional healthcare education, workforce development and advanced clinical roles in primary and urgent care. I teach on the MSc Physician Associate programme and have held a senior academic role since 2018, alongside ongoing clinical practice.
My work focuses on practice-informed education, regulatory and accreditation processes, interprofessional learning and placement development. I work closely with NHS partners, professional bodies and regulators to support workforce-aligned education and professional standards, and I contribute nationally through regulatory and advisory roles.
My academic interests centre on applied impact, professional regulation and the development of sustainable education models for emerging healthcare roles.
